About Me Description

My name is Rachel. I grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Corporate Communications degree. I have always had a passion for working with children and teaching is something that has always been close to my heart. I decided on the ECAP program and for the past seven weeks have been student teaching in 5th grade at a local elementary school. I absolutely love it! I can' wait until next fall when I'm in a classroom all my own. I love learning and always want to hear about something new!
